Packages will be sent by UPS ground. Delivery time is typically 2-4 weeks.

CANCELATION POLICY

Because this order is a custom ordered product you have only 48 hours to cancel the order with out charge. AFTER 48 hours your credit card will be charged for the full amount due.

RETURNS

We accept NO returns unless the product has a manufactured defect. You must contact us by e-mail with in 48 hours describing the reason for the return. We will then issue you a return authorization letter. This letter along will all original packaging slips including the entire defective product must be returned to us. Returns can take up to six (6) weeks for replacement.
